Description
Program is inclusive of:
- Diet plan: Two diet plans are offered monthly. The first plan will be implemented for the first 15 days, and the second for the next 15 days. Diet plan will be constructed after taking all the details and also after a phone call consultation.
- Body toning/Weight loss: Anyone who has hypothyroidism or PCOS knows that it comes with a lot of extra baggage. Both conditions slow down metabolism rate in several people, causing you to gain weight and making it difficult to shed pounds. This programme will not only help you balance your hormones naturally, but it will also help you lose excess fat.
- Workout Guidance: Don’t worry if you can’t join a gym or yoga class. You can simply do it at home. We will provide you with simple workout tips and video links that you can easily follow (complimentary)
- Supplement advice: Taking a vitamin or mineral supplement for a while is far better than taking medications for the rest of your life. Many studies have shown that health supplements can help you balance your hormones. We will assist you in selecting the best supplement for your symptoms and budget. Don’t worry if you don’t like taking supplements; nothing will be forced upon you.
