Description
- Diet will be a balanced low calorie, high protein diet.
- It will be individually customized for each Client (Vegetarian, Non Vegetarian, Vegan or Jain)
- No Fad/Crash diets.
PROGRAM IS INCLUSIVE OF:
- Diet plan: Two diet plans are offered monthly. The first plan will be implemented for the first 15 days, and the second for the next 15 days. Diet plan will be constructed after taking all the details and also after a phone call consultation.
- Workout Guidance: Don’t worry if you can’t join a gym or yoga class. You can simply do it at home. We will provide you with simple workout tips and video links that you can easily follow (complimentary)
NOTE:
- Please keep in mind that you cannot participate in a fat loss programme if you have any underlying conditions such as PCOS, Thyroid, or Gut issues. These should be addressed before attempting to lose body fat because they impede the fat loss process.
- Before beginning the programme, you will be asked to have a blood test to see if you have any other underlying issues.

Appointments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. You complete the payment, enrol with us, and you will be assigned to the next available slot.
